Earlier this year, Café Camino opened its doors on the Vrijdagmarkt. The café itself is small but nice, bright yet cozy. A place where you can feel at home, just drinking a coffee and reading a newspaper. Perhaps the most interesting time to visit this place is on Friday morning when it’s flea market time. They serve everything from breakfast to lunch, American pancakes to Asian-inspired tortillas. If It’s one of those rare sunny days and you want to sit outside having a drink, this is the place to be!

Plein Midi is located on the beautiful Sint-Paulusplaats, right next to café Homey, where you can grab a drink afterwards.

The krokbar is heaven on earth for someone who has the munchies. Here they have everything; classic croque monsieurs, American style croques with bacon, a croque forresterie with mushrooms and grilled cheese. Its croque paradise! You can even customize it and make your very own personal croque. A slight oddity is that queen Fabiola is an ever present symbol here, she appears in all the books and even in the decoration.
